Our farm
A small farm, a wood-fired oven, and a stubbornly slow way of doing things.
Parrotdise started as a café and grew, slowly, into a small organic farm just outside Hua Hin. We bake the bread. We collect the eggs. We press the juice. What we can't grow ourselves, we get from a handful of farmers and producers we actually know.
Organic, always
No chemical sprays, no shortcuts. We grow the way our grandparents would recognise.
Local neighbours
Coffee, cheese, honey and snacks from small producers within an hour of the farm.
Homemade in our kitchen
Sourdough, bagels, jam, peanut butter, cakes — all made by hand, in small batches.
